Self-love is not selfishness. Discover this secret of self-love!

Imagine telling someone, “I Love You”, but after that, what if you don’t pay attention to them for the upcoming years. Would your relationship work for a long time knowing that you once told them, “I Love You”? Of course , no! Relationships need effort to maintain, right?

You need to express your love through actions, words, and activities to manage relationships in your life, right? It’s the same with ourselves. Just saying we’ll do things isn’t enough.

We have to actually do them and show them to ourselves as proof in our own minds. When we do that, we start feeling better about ourselves, which is called self-esteem.

If you don’t make time for yourself or take care of yourself, it’s like telling your mind that you don’t love yourself. It’s a sign that you’re lacking self-love.

Every day, without even realizing it, you’re giving evidence to yourself that you don’t value yourself enough. If this keeps happening, you’ll start feeling restless inside, and it might even start showing on the outside later.

How can you expect to love others and receive love from others if you can’t love yourself properly? How can you be a source of happiness and spread joy to others?

I used to be someone who struggled with self-esteem and self-love. I used to blame all my problems on other people and think that no one truly loved me. But then I realized that the root of the problem wasn’t others—it was within me.

When I started to love myself and prove to myself that I’m worthy of love, my subconscious mind began to accept me for who I am. That’s when I started to feel happier.

When we’re happy on the inside, we naturally become a source of happiness for those around us. We become an inspiration to others. Now, many people come to me seeking advice on finding their own happiness, regardless of their age.
