We offer a 14-day refund policy for our services. In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must meet certain criteria as outlined below:

To qualify for a refund, customers must raise a disapproval or express their dissatisfaction within the first week of receiving the service.

We cannot accept refund requests if customers have been satisfied with the service for the entire 14-day period and then decide to request a refund.

Refunds will not be granted for cases where the customer simply changes their mind or decides they no longer require the service.

If we fail to deliver any kind service within the specified 14-day timeframe, we will provide a full refund without any questions asked. However, it’s important to note that if the delay in service delivery is due to the customer’s actions or failure to cooperate, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

In cases where a refund is granted, the amount refunded will be the full purchase price of the service.

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within the 14-day period and provide relevant details regarding their dissatisfaction or the failure to deliver the service as agreed upon.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the request has been approved and confirmed by our team.

This refund policy clause applies only to our services and does not cover any additional products or third-party services that may be associated with our offerings.

To keep the matter fair for all the attendees, we don’t have a provision to offer a refund on the event of non attendance or non participation.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur bank charges or payment processor fees, if any, for such reimbursement.
