Learn about our Axon Customer Experience Improvement Program (ACEIP) and upcoming ACEIP Enterprise Basic+ Use Cases.   

The Axon Customer Experience Improvement Program (ACEIP) Enterprise Basic+ enables US Enterprise Customers to actively contribute to the responsible evolution of Axon’s public and workplace safety technologies. Through this voluntary program, participating customers securely share Customer Content to develop new products and improve existing product accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness while maintaining standards of privacy and data protection. 

What is ACEIP Enterprise Basic+?

ACEIP Enterprise Basic+ is a voluntary program that allows Axon to use Customer Content from Enterprise Customers in a secure and controlled manner to accelerate Axon’s development of technology, such as building and supporting automated features, aiming to increase safety within communities and efficiency in public and workplace safety.  Certain copies of Customer Content, as described in the applicable Use Cases, from Axon Cloud Services is voluntarily shared with us and securely protected. Axon will only maintain copied Customer Content for 30 days.

The page serves as a public resource outlining each approved Use Case within the program, detailing what data is used, how it is protected, and the specific benefits it delivers to customers and the communities they operate in. 

Customers may opt out of ACEIP Enterprise Basic+ at any time by emailing aceip@axon.com. 

Our Commitment to Transparency

This Transparency Portal provides information on how ACEIP Enterprise Basic+ data is used. It also provides detailed information on our purposes, the privacy preserving techniques applied to Customer Content after the 30 day retention period, and other relevant data protection practices.
